Suggest Treatment For Infected Wound Caused By Mesh Insertion In Abdomen

i had a mesh inserted in my abd for hernia repair. The wound contiuned to drain and a large fistula occurred. Eleven months later i had to have it removed and found out it was infected with Klebsella. How did i get that infection ?? and do i have any legal recourse in this matter

klebsiella infection is most commonly occurs during hospitalisation ,infact its second most coomon gram negative bacilli to infect hospitalised patients, regarding legal resource it id not answerable that whether u got it at hospital or somewhere else.
