Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have got an an allergic reaction to the bite as the biting organism has injected poisonous chemical under your skin of finger leading to rashes and swelling..
It does not seems like infection but at present it seems to be allergic reaction only..
I would suggest you to take anti allergics like Levocetrizine or fexoenadine [Allegra]..
You can also take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Motrin or Aleve as it will help in reducing inflammation and pain..You can apply steroid ointment over the rashes and swelling..
You can do cool compresses..
Applying calamine lotion can also soothe the skin..
In case if after 4 to 5 days also there is no improvement consult a general Physician and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
