Suggest Treatment For Infection And Water Deposit In Lung
Dear doctor.. My friend as 44 is suffering from severe lung infection and deposit of water in it..we have treated him locally .but his cough is really very hard ad it feels like his chest will come out...nebulisation done...plz suggest where he can be taken for a better treatment... Regards P roy

All the symptoms ,as you mentioned in the query seems to be a case of "PLEURAL EFFUSION " ( water deposition ) .
Usually the cause of pleural effusion may be :
1 Tuberculosis .
2 CARCINOMA
3 Lung abscess .
Doctor will aspirate fluid from lungs , culture and will find out the pathogen responsible for this fluid in the lungs.
In my opinion consult a 'PULMONOLOGIST " and get his opinion for cough , lung infection .
