Suggest Treatment For Infection Below My Nose

Hi, my name is Paulette. Earlier this week I discovered some type of rising under the skin, beneath the base of my nose. It was painful, similar to adolescent zits that are usually painful when they are not popped, so I the other day I tried bringing it to a head hoping this would work. Instead, I caused this huge, open sore that looks hideous and I think it is infected, and I don't know what to do for treatment.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having ingrown hair follicle infection and tried for bringing it to a head resulted in spreading of infection leading to cellulitis, edema and swelling on affected part.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course for 3-5 days.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Ok and take care.
