hi doctor ; my problem with ear nose and throat according to so many doctors are that i have infection in my ear and some one says ear drum is not in correct positon and dr,sir,i have dns in my nose ,when i am talking loudly my voice cannot develop pressure during speech and air is coming from my ear so please sugest . doctors only giving me antibiotic from which iam getting temporary relief. santosh kumar YYYY@YYYY

As per your history you had DNS, it is cause of recurrent nasal infection which leads to the infection in middle ear. You need to go for DNS repair surgery.
For ear infection you can take antibiotics like levofloxicin for a week. If the ear drum perforation is more than two months old you may need it surgically treated.
