Suggest Treatment For Infection In The Testicles

hi doctor... i am 26 years old..that had epididymitis on my right testicle before 1 year ago..then when i was met to doctor they was told me after ultra sound scanning its seems infection and they given antibiotics for a 2 weeks then the pain was gone...and after 10 months i had a same situation like before pain and swelling. they i was went to urologist then he was checked and he was said its seems inguinal hernia..then he was sent to me to general surgeon .then he was confirmed its inguinal hernia you need surgery ..then i agreed to surgery..then after 2 months again same like before swelling and pain and uncomfortable..i m just thinking what to do...can u help me please..waiting for your suggestions

I think you need culture and antibiotic sensitivity. Get tested for diseases as chlamydia also. Take antibiotics according to reports.
