Reading your querry, I would say you have a systemic infection due to entry of germs from the infected tragus wound into your blood - a condition know as bacterial sepsis. I would advise you consult a physician so that blood samples and pus samples are collected and analysed so that appropriate antibiotics and medications are prescribed. Yes your symptoms have a lot to do with your infected wound. I advise that if you in the future do piercings, it should be by qualified and well trained staff who use properly sterilised equipment.
