Hello,
I think you are having another episode of
colitis, and need an immediate consultation with a gastroenterologist.
Meanwhile, should follow a strict colitis diet. Should avoid foods high in FODMAPs (fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides, and polyols). Sample are milk, yogurt, ice-cream, some fruits (apples, pears, etc.); beans, brussels sprout, onions, garlic, etc.
Consider taking more low fiber foods (white pasta, white rice, white bread, etc.). Clear liquid (water, ice cubes, gelatin, etc.)
But, most importantly, you need to consult with a gastroenterologist, run
colonoscopy for immediate evaluation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
