Suggest Treatment For Infertility Due To Irregular Periods

Hello Doctor, my age is 33 and my husband age is 38 , we are planing for a baby from last 4 years .in Feb 2013 I got married and I conceived on March 2013 but in may doc said that heart beat of the baby is not their and they cleaned it.and next time same repeated in Mar 2014 I got conceived n may 22 may heart beat problem baby not developed it seems and they cleaned it .the doc suggest for karyotype test for both n they r normal. I planing since 2015 Jan but I am not convinced , from last 1 year I am facing irregular periods. I am very scared please suggest me.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Irregular menstruation needs to be regularized by means of medication. Otherwise it would be difficult to conceive as ovulation would occur untimely and endometrium would not be prepared adequately for the receipt of fertilized ovum.
Hence, the chances of conceiving decreases when menstruation is not regular.
Kindly consult Gynecologist for proper evaluation and management.
