Suggest Treatment For Infertility In A Woman With PCOD

Hello sir, One year ago I diagnosed with pcod and 6 months before I had a miscarriage ,now we r planning for baby ,what should I do to increase the chance of pregnancy, my weight increased by 11 KGS after marriage, but I have healthy bmi only,now I am 55kg should I reduce weight ,please help me.

Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD) is a treatable disorder caused due to alteration in hormones leading to irregular menstruation and untimely ovulation, resulting in infertility.
You need to be treated for getting your cycles regular by use of medications like birth control pills. Along with it, you would also need supplementation of ovulation inducing drugs like metformin and clomifine.
You need to reduce weight by means of intake low calorie foods and regular moderate exercise.
Kindly get a regular follow-up done and follow advise accordingly.
Have patience as it may take some time to improve the chances of conceiving.
