General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Infertility can be managed by drugs and IVF.(IF NOT RESPOND TO DRUG)
Consult the gynaecologist and go for following investigation that help in management of case:
Reproductive hormone analysis: LH, FSH, prolactin, E2, progestreone, testosterone and DHEAS, USG scan, ovarian follicle study, blood glucose, insulin and lipid profile

Doctor may give following TREATMENT FOR INFERTILITY:
Clomiphen citrate can be given to induce ovulation. It generally given for 8-10 cycles.
Tablet metformin: Induce ovulation
Oral contraceptive pill or progesterone pill: to regularize the period.
Flutamide and spironolactone: also induce ovulation.

If drugs did not responds last option is in vitro fertilizaion (IVF).
You can also go for surgery process like ovarian drilling.
Diet: avoid excessive sweets and yogurts, avoid spicy and oily food, take small frequent meal rather than large meal, take green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.
Reduce weight by exercise like walking, cycling, running and also do yoga daily in the morning for 45-60 minutes. Reduction in weight by 10 percent cause more induction in ovulation.

My advice is go for IVF as you have problem since 5 years.

Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
