General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You will need to have some tests to identify why you are not having your menstruation. There are some blood tests that can be done for this:
- TSH and FT4 to check your thyroid
- FSH and LH to see if you are going into menopause
- estrogen, progesterone, to check female hormones
- testosterone to rule out PCOS (a condition of the ovaries)
- prolactin levels

According to the results, the doctor will be able to determine further treatment.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,

Dr. Antoneta Zotaj
