I had been diagnosed with PCOD.I had a laproscopic surgery last December and have been trying to conceive.There have been no results yet due to poor ovulation inspite of the surgery.I am on medication of metformin,folic acid and IRS-1.Is there anything further that needs to be done?Also would like to add that isues were reoprted in my husband's semen analysis report for which he is on Geenu medication....
