Suggest Treatment For Inflamed Metatarsal Found In The MRI Report

My daughter has had eight weeks of swelling in the fifth metatarsal phalangeal joint between the fourth and fifth metatarsal heads. X-rays are negative for fracture her lab work was negative from the rheumatologist. She had an MRI which showed inflammation around the fifth metatarsal head. She has a mild bunionette deformity on that foot. She doesn t pronate when she walks her gait is normal. We are stumped!

antibiotic proper dressing immobilization of part is recomanded.if injury is communicated to out side then proper dressing should be done. penicillin group of antibiotic is recomanded.
