Suggest Treatment For Inflamed Penis Head And Red Spots On Foreskin
Hi, I had sex numerous times 36 hours ago with a woman. Started with a condom before running out and then continuing without a condom. Since the sex my penis head has been inflamed with red spots and my foreskin is swollen. I woke this morning with small amounts of yellow puss under my foreskin as well. I don t have any pain but I m extremely concerned. We had sex around 10 times over 12 hours. Please help.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Read and understood your history of sex numerous times in 10 hours and development of red spots on penis, swollen foreskin and pus under the foreskin. This is suggestive of severe for of balanoposthitis.
I would advise you the following: First of all send the sample of the pus for gram staining, gonorrhea, culture and sensitivity. Clean the area with soap water then apply liquid povidone iodine. Consult a Doctor to get a proper prescription of an antibiotic, metronidazole and supportive and symptomatic treatment. This should be taken both by you and your sexual partner. Get all the STD panel checked for your partner. This will help you.
