Suggest Treatment For Inflamed Red Spots In Groin Area

I have recently noticed two inflamed red spots in my groin area I thought nothing of it until they started to become really sore and they now look like they are about to burst they are a bright red colour and look like they are filled with blood I don t know what to do about them

I really appreciate your concern, it could be infective boil and may be in state of just induration and it can be treated with anti-inflammatory drugs only chances of getting all right with NSIAD(Non Steroid Anti-Inflammatory Drug) would be very likely even without the need of antibiotic, hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
