Suggest Treatment For Inflammation And Swelling When Suffering From Hydrocele

Hi there I'm a 28 year old guy. I have been diagnosed with epididimytus and hydrocele for the past two years which I have been taking medication. The first three months it swollen up on left side, but it still seems hard and gets inflamed time to time. When I visit my Dr or the work clinic they always tell me that iv been infected again and I have to take meds pls advise on y?

Hi..from what you have said it seems u have swelling and hydrocele for 2 years..so it is chronic epididymitis with secondary hydrocele..if you are getting recurrent infection inspite of treatment(in case of antibio u should have taken them full course) u should get tested for that.ther are non infectious causes(rarely sarcoid) also for this which will not respond to antibios...you also said your testis became hard.it should not be a good sign..consult your doc nearby asap.. discuss with him
1.why you get recurrent infection inspite of treatment
2.your hard testis
please mention your sexual history,medications u have taken etc. for better answer....hope that helps..GET WELL SOON
