Suggest Treatment For Influenza B Infection And Fever In A 2 Year Old Baby

My niece, a 2 yr old has been diagnosed with influenza b, and is having fever at 104. She is also having random muscle jerks-never has had high fever or these muscle jerks. She is responsive, drinking and urinating. Could the muscle jerks be a seizure? What is the concern with these muscle jerks

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the hyperpyrexia then such jerk could be due to hyperpyrexia induce convulsion and it is advisable to see the ER hope this information helps.
