Suggest Treatment For Injury Mediated Back Pain

Hi, I m trying to decide if I should go to the doctor. I fell flat on my back and my head hit the ground a few hours ago. I took ibuprofen and hoped the headache would go away. The thing that is bothering me the most is it s still really hard to take a deep breath. When I do it hurts mostly on the middle of my back and a bit to the right.
