Hi welcome to healthcaremagic.
I have gone thru your question.
As sheen got bluish due to injury is because of hematoma.
If swelling persist with tenderness then dox ray of that part to rule out fracture.
Take pain killer, do rest, and do cold sponging on swelling.
Hope i answered your question.
Would be happy to help you further.
Take care.

General & Family Physician Dr. Dr. Michelle Gibson's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

She may want to consider the use of warm compresses to the area to help relieve the pain and swelling.

In addition the use of one of these anti inflammatory pain medications ,ibuprofen, cataflam, aspirin, naproxen may be helpful.

She would also need to rest as much as possible.

I hope this helps
