Inner scapula pain extend to neck and arm (right hand side). sometimes stiff down my right side - but that not really too much of a concern.
age: 28 year old female
health: Excellent with a focus on fit healthy lifestyle
stress level: very high
Time span: become increasingly worse over last 5 years, especially in last 3 years after bronchitis and plueral effusion in right lung, when I could'nt move my arm or lie on right side.
History: 1.Several falls on right side and head form bikes and horses from childhood to early adult hood. 2. Severe trauma to wrist at the age of six. A glass door caused a severe cut in major artery of right wrist and nerves. Since then, have struggled with numbness on out right hand and lower half of wrist and can't close and straighten fingers. Circlation to this hand is also not good. 3. I am left handed but tend to shift body to right: I tend to sleep on right, fall on right. sit leaning into a chair on my right but yet it is the sore side.
Action up to now: been for upper spine MRI - clear - no one can seem to find anything structurally wrong - except that the pain is increasing and I am increasingly extremely uncomfortable on a daily basis - trying to relieve it.
Could this have somrthin to do with the nerves? _ I really do need to get to the bottom of this without spending much more on trying to work out what it is, with no results.
Your advice would be appreciated. thanks.
