Suggest Treatment For Insomnia And Anxiety

Good afternoon, I am currently going through some personal issues. The major one is the break up of me and my ex. The break up was not the problem, the problem is that she took my daughter and I have yet to see my daughter in 10 months. Since this time i have had a really hard time falling asleep, as if my mind is constantly racing. I decided to take the advise of a friend and take an over the counter sleep aid. My question is will i form a dependency on them?

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

In such a stressful condition, if you want to take any sleeping pill, you can take, but chances of dependency of stay there. Ideal treatment is, solve the problem, but currently you do not have any solution, then consult a psychologist and get ventilated yourself. It would help you to clam your mind and stay relax. For sleep, you can take sleeping pill after psychiatrist consultation, then would keep your dose in control.

Thanks
