General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Due to lack of sleep, heart rate can be faster. You can have heat feeling because of high environment temperature. Second rule out hyperthyroidism in your case by serum TSH and T4 estimation. For early sleep induction, go to bed 2 hours after eating. Avoid late night phone calls and TV.

Go to bed before 12 at night and fix your sleeping schedule. If you are having anxiety problem then for that psychiatrist can be consulted and short-term Benzodiazepine can be prescribed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
