I AM A CHRONIC BACK AND NECK PAIN PATIENT HAD MANY SURGERIES PRESENTLY TAKING 60MG 2X DAY OXECONTIN PLUS 50 FENTANYL PATCH CHANGE EVERY THREE DAYS EHAT OTHER MEDS CAN BE TAKEN WITH THESE TO HELP SLEEP AND HANDLE NEROUPATHY PAIN DURING DAY PAIN SCALE 7

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of insomnia and pain around the back and neck following a previous surgery i am suggesting that you have the following differential diagnosis

Lumber spondylitis
Acute transverse myelitis
Spinal cord compression
Spinal stenosis
Nerve root lesion
SLE

In view of this please do the following test
MRI and see an orthopaedic specialist with the result and for further expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

Regarding the insomnia you can take tablet melatonin and some opioids pending your appointment
