Suggest Treatment For Insomnia, Gas And Bloating

my symptoms are insomnia, excessive gas and bloating, especially when first rising. Seem to have high levels of acide in system, even when reducing coffee, pop and other producers. Sluggish elimination, to the point of manually aiding effort.have been inconsistent with tracking diabetes for a while. also have issues with circulation in hands - may be facing carpal tunnel surgery soon and have a cataract developing. life long sinus issues that bother as well.

According to your complain you have problem of bloated stomach and insomnia.

Stress may cause insomnia problem.
More fatty food consuption cause excessive gas formation in stomach.

Too fast eating also cause gas problem in stomach.
Stress and alcohol drinking may aggravate a condition..

Some food allergy cause abdominal bloting problem. Lactose intolerance or celiac disease lead to this type of symptoms.

Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, carbonated drinks, turnips, broccoli....etc.

Drink more water per day..
Use ginger and garlic in daily diet.
Lemon water and Tutsi leaves helpful in digestion.
Take a fruits like peach, kiwi and avocado.

Chew a food properly and avoid spicy foods and fatty foods. Do some exercise more than minute 20 minutes.
Consent a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
