Suggest Treatment For Insomnia While Having Depression
I am a bipolar patient and have recently had my dosage for folic acid up to 4mg a day to help with some of the depression that has recently increased. I am also on dalmane and am not sleeping but probably less than 4 hours a night and that are not all together. Do you have any suggestions?
