Suggest Treatment For Insomnia
Waking continually. I cannot sleep at night over one hour at a time. Not working at 77. Waking continually. I am normal except for back issues and strange stomach sounds lately. Had steroids injected lower back twice for pain. Great physical conditions otherwise.

Just a sleep disorder that must not necessarily be linked to your back issues and stomach sounds. Sleep tablets like Diazepam at bed time for say three to five days may help bring back your sleep cycle to normal.I will advice you meet a physician to investigate the stomach sounds.
