Suggest Treatment For Insomnia

Hello Sir, I am Saroj Bindhani from balasore . I am a business man . My working hour is 8AM to 1AM . Now I am feeling very restless and tried I want to take rest without any tension . I want to sleep completely 24hr for one day. Is there any medicine for sleeping those are not side effect.

Hi..Can understand your concern...As per your query about treatment of insomnia ....Your lifestyle seems to be too hectic but lack of a sound sleep for appropriate time like upto 7-8 hrs can lead to other health problems like hypertension,panic attacks,depression etc...It seems that insomnia in you is mainly due to stressful lifestyle..As far as medication is concerned,there are drugs like alprazolam and other benzodiazepines but needs prescription from a physician and need not to be taken for a longer time period because they create dependency which can be injurious to your health..I suggest you to practice natural sleeping habits and mental relaxation exercises to get rid from problem of insomnia.Try to find some time for yourself in your busy routine and try to avoid longer duration working on laptops and computer.....If still not able to sleep you should consult a physician for treatment..I hope the information helps you.Take care.
