Suggest Treatment For Insomnia

iam not getting sleep from last three months.somtimes i use to take restyl .25 mg in nights for 2,3 nights,but it is notgiving me proper sleep..i discontinue then again after 3,4 days when i feel un comfortable like heaviness in between eye brows,always think about sleep,again i take it for 3 nights.iam confused what to do? my age is47yrs, iam a female,children have grown up,no responsibilities.

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and we need to find out the reason for your insomnia. It could be secondary to an illness, related to mind (psychiatric) or a medical illness, when it is called secondary insomnia.

Sometimes, there are no other illness except for sleep disturbance, when it is called primary insomnia.

There are good medications to treat both the conditions.
