Suggest Treatment For Intense Foot Pain After Injury
About 9 hours ago, i fell of my bike and the bar swung and hit my foot. I had an intense pain and then i felt sick and almost fainted. Once my vision had returned I continued to bike and then left it throughout the day continuing to walk on it despite the pain. It was mildly swollen however there is no apparent bruising. I am unaware of what i have done to it and what I should provide to do. After putting ice on it and having a bath the swelling has gone down however the pain is still extremely high especially in the upper part of the foot towards my ankle. I cannot lift my toes as much as i can on the other foot, nor can i move my fun left and right.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, because of the soft tissue injury such pain and swelling may be possible just wait for some time if it is al right then just do nothing and if the symptoms still persist then it may need investigation and x-ray would be advisable with orthopaedic opinion, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
