Suggest Treatment For Intense Pain In Shoulders, Neck And Arms

I m a 44 yr. Old male.. I started having some pain in my upper a few hours ago. It has gradually increased and is getting more intense . and is starting to move up the left shoulder and into my neck and arm. It s a little hard to breath sometimes.. I had a severe scrotal hematoma a couple of weeks ago so I ve been off my feet mostly for a couple of weeks. I don t understand the back pain

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you need to get uric acid levels, RA factor and ESR tested to rule out any autoimmune or Rheumatological disorder but if normal can be likely muscular.

Using OTc analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen alongwith muscle relaxants like tizanidine can be helpful. Replacement for B12 folic acid and D3 may be done.
