I m in a lot pain of pain . I once had surgery for scare tissue . And now it seems to be back but worse .i feel it in my hips and the back .i can t stand straight it feels like it s pulling . And I have a blocked bowel . When do you think I should go and get it checked .tammylynn23

It could be a neuropathic pain-like prolapsed disc or sciatica.
As a first line management you can take drugs like gabapentin for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and get evaluated.
