Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Body Pain, Chills And Tiredness
I from time to time get body aches like I am about to get the flu but I never get the flu or get sick. I do notice I get this more when the weather is overcast outside but I have had it before with no weather involved. I feel body achs a little bit of the chills and tired. Also no energy. They tested me for RA and Lupus and I did not either of them. I have been told I have a high ANA count. I do suffer from Hashimotos if there is any connection. It just seems to come out of the blue. I take Tylenol and some times it helps the muscle aches but sometimes it will not even touch it. Just so frustrated to be feeling this way like I am getting sick or the flu and I get nothing but these body aches and low energy. Thank you.
Your symptoms are suggestive of fibromyalgia. The increased ANA levels are related to Hashimoto disease. Coming to this point, I would recommend starting therapy with Duloxetine. It is also necessary checking vitamin D and electrolytes plasma levels for possible deficiency.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
