sir actually i have a problem constipation digestion and loose motion forever obvious abdomen system could not be completed what i do not to do what take the medicine i take more medicine generally oflox -oz , n-tz , rantac 150 mg spasmelan tab , pantop dsr etc please suggest me .........anil

Hi Anil.
Stop taking the medications you are taking now, except may be the ranitidine. Increase fiber in your diet, drink plenty of fluids, use isapghol syrup, walk for 30 minutes about an hour after each meal, avoid stress, and use any laxative for a few days (e.g. dulcolax) for a few days to see if that helps.
