Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Flank Pain

Hello. Suffering intermittent flank pain, RS, lower right side tender, but not swollen, sharp pain when upstanding, walking makes a cramp or sharp pinch. Painfull when in bed, movement triggers, pain when standing up from bed. Urine clear with yellow tint, no pain or blood.

Most poor will be renal colic due to stones or calculi. Consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.
