Welcome at HCM
i appreciate your health concerns
What is your age? Any history of trauma to abdomen? Any Burning micturation ? Any history of renal stones?
Based upon your history it is difficult to diagnose. In my opinion you should get xray KUB along with the abdominal ultrasound so that exact etiology can be diagnosed. So meet your surgeon .
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain

Saad
