Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Lower Abdominal Pain And Sharp Pain In Penis
50 male, have lower abdominal pain that comes and goes for the last year or so. Seems to be getting worse enough pain to make me miss work, now the pain has affected my penis with sharp pain , also hurts to start urinating but not bad once started. No STD, not appendix.

From the complaints you have posted, intermittent lower abdominal pain and affecting penis goes more in favor of urinary calculi (kidney stones), most probably due to chronic urinary tract infection.
Kindly get an ultrasound abdomen and urine routine examination.
Kindly consult urologist with reports for proper management.
