Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Pain In The Left Arm, Shoulder And Forearm

I have intermittent severe pain in entire left arm for past 6 months. Pain jumps around ...sometimes in upper arm, sometimes in shoulder, sometimes in forearm, sometimes in shoulder blade area. Some numbness/tingling in hands/ fingers. Cardiac issues have been ruled out. I have a history of cervical stenosis and several ruptured disc. Fusion and discectomy done 6 years ago. Have had 3 cervical epidural steroid injections over a 2 month period with no relief. MRI shows no significant changes since surgery. I also had severe electric-like pain shooting done arm which has been relieved with Neurontin. Neurosurgeon says it does not warrant surgery. No edema or redness of arm noted. No one seems to know why this is occurring. I do have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia but this pain is not joint pain and does not have the sensitivity of the fibro. I take ibuprofen 800mg 3-4 times daily ( which I know raises liver concerns) I take Tramadol and Flexeril at least once daily but each of these meds offer only limited relief. I am on Arthrotec twice a day along with Plaquenil, Prednisone, Enbrel, MethrotrexateI . I refuse to take any stronger meds as all they do is make me fall asleep. If I apply pressure to the part of the arm hurting, it seems to temporarily relieve the pain. Pulling on the arm also seems to help. Any suggestions would be greatly YYYY@YYYY
