Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Shin Bone Pain While Resting

For the past 4 years I get intermittent pain in my right shin while at rest and usually while lying on my right side.sometimes it goes away if I try rubbing it out, and it usually goes away if I shift onto my back or left side. It interferes with my sleep because I like to sleep on my right side.

Hi,

I suspect there may be a lack of blood circulation due to less arterial blood supply. You can go for walking, jogging, running after taking food at night which improves your blood supply in the lower leg and improve digestion also. Your sleep also will improve. You can change your lifestyle by adding yoga pranayama.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
