Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of internal hemorrhoids. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like straining during bowel movements , sitting for long periods of time on the toilet , chronic diarrhea or constipation , obesity and low-fiber diet. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to eat more fibrous diet like fruits and fresh vegetables , drink plenty of water these things help to loosen the stool and it will not hurt hemorrhoids . Apply warm compresses and avoid spicy and heavy food , prefer liquid diet . Consult general surgeon , who may places one or two tiny rubber bands around the base of an internal hemorrhoid to cut off its circulation , do sclerotherapy , use coagulation techniques use laser or infrared light or heat or perform hemorrhoidectomy .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
