Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

You need to be detailed medical history and thoroughly clinical examination by a urologist to get ruled out any other kidney pathology.

You might require antibiotics (quinolones specially levofloxacin in high dose or amixocillin with clavulanic acid) to combat urinary infection completely with other symptomatic treatment like analgesics,anti-inflammatory etc.

You can continue with Tab.Elmiron 100 mg as per your doctor's advice.

Consult urologist for further treatment immediately.

Thanks
