Suggest Treatment For Interstitial Cystitis
I have severe interstitial cystitis which is not responding to any medications i am now on gabapentin. Would botox injections or sacral nerve modulation help as i am at my fed up of being in pain and running to the toilet. I have also lost time off work and am worried my job may be at risk.

Before Botox or sacral nerve modulation, I would recommend to go for receptor modulator therapy with recently available monoclonal antibodies in this era and wait for the results to show up.
