Suggest Treatment For Interstitial Lung Disease

Are there any treatments for interstitial lung disease? My altitude limit is 5000 feet, without oxygen. 6 months ago it was 9000 feet. How long can a person live on supplimental oxygen? I am under care at lMass. Gen Hospital in Boston. Whooat is the most advanced faciliity for treatment of this condition?

Steroids are the mainstay of the treatment. Immunomodulators and steroids show good results.
