Suggest Treatment For Intramural Fibroids

i am 43 years old gave birth to a daughter via normal delivery 20 years ago. I have been found to have intramural fibroid of 3.7x3.6x3.9 cm and a subserosal fibroid of 3.5x3.0 cm with a bulky uterus of 10.5x5.3x6.5 cm. At present I have severe low back pain. I would like to know the alternative treatments for the above.
