General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to hemifacial spasms.

There are many medical conditions that can trigger this spasms.

I suggest using Baclofen three times a day for muscle relaxation.

If the symptoms continue, you should consult a neurologist.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
