You should do moderate workout daily and also take walk after meals..
You should sip on plenty of warm water..
You should take stool softeners like docusate and can also take
fibre supplements like Psyllium husk, Lactulose etc..
You can take laxatives like
Polyethylene glycol but do not exceed taking for more than 15 days..
In case if still there is no improvement
consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Colonoscopy, barium swallow can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.
You can also be advised drugs like Lubiprostone and Linclotide..
