Suggest Treatment For Irregular Heart Beat

Hello, I had an odd experience last night while trying to sleep. My Heart had a really irregular single beat and along with the beat there was a bright flash in my eyes (eyes closed, dark room). I have also been experiencing numbness in my upper front thigh. I am a 30 year old female. Is this anything I should be concerned about?

irregular heart beat is mostly due to arrhythmia like atrial fibrillation that may lead to impair filling of LV during dissolve due to rapid n irregular beat n result Dec CO due Dec filling n this result Dec perfusion to brain that make u having near syncope like blackout ... if u were my patient I would like to do exam n history n do ECG n echo n holter to make proper dx n underlying cause n ten it accordingly..
