Hii sir...i m having eisenmenger syndrome....using medication since 7 yrs...sometimes i feel like my heart is beating irregularly and chest tightness..because of this breathing becomes difficult sometimes...can you suggest me a permanent solution for my problem...waiting for your answer sir....

A permanent solution would be a transplant but that is also preferred last as it is a major surgery.
