Suggest Treatment For Irregular Heartbeats In A Diabetic Person

I have been diagnosed Type II Diabetic but am treating through diet and supplements. My urine has recently appeared oily, cloudy white looking, has bubbles and has a different odor. I do take vitamin D (among other vitamins and supplements) and consume increased levels of fats and proteins. I have also had recent problems with irregular heartbeat, I am very thin but recent blood work has been good. A1C is at 6.3 and I eat no sugar, very little grains, and minimal dairy.

Hello,

First of all, you should receive medical treatment for diabetes, besides regulating your diet. You should measure your blood pressure, lipid profile.

Second.you should do Kidney function tests. Check your eyes every 6 months. The ECG and the ECHO on your heart. The results can help us with your case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dr/Mustafa, Neurologist
