Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycle And Severe Abdominal Pain
Hi. I ve had an irregular menstrual for the past two months. I missed July and this month it only lasted a day. I ve taken a pregnancy test but the result was negative. After having intercourse yesterday I had severe abdominal pain that lasted a few hours. Please help me.
A hormonal treatment (estrogenes or progesterone) may be needed.
Meanwhile I recommend you to follow a balanced healthy diet and avoid malnutrition. You should know that sex hormones are produced in the fat tissue (which is very important for the female body) and a balanced diet is necessary for this.
Hope to have been helpful!
Best regards.

Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycle And Severe Abdominal Pain
Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to a hormonal imbalance. A chronic inflammatory pelvic disease or ovarian cysts may be related to your symptomatology. I recommend consulting with your gynecologist for a careful physical examination, an abdominal ultrasound and some lab tests: - complete blood count - sex hormone blood levels - urine analysis - vaginal discharge bacterial culture.
